Meet the team
The Royal Gorge Baptist Association has a small team who are in the office but a large team of pastors and leaders who volunteer to Minister to the pastors and churches, Mobilize into the communities and Multiply leaders.
Erin Templin
Ministry Assistant
Erin was born and raised in Monte Vista, Colorado. She earned her bachelors in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University and later earned a teaching certification in the area of Elementary Education. She met and married Nate Templin while teaching in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas. The two moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to begin church planting efforts. They were called in 2016 to the RGBA in Southern Colorado.
Erin’s hobbies are photography, crafting, spending time outdoors and spending time with family.
Nate Templin
Regional Director
Nate Templin has lived in Florida, Virginia, Texas, Mexico, Oklahoma, and Colorado. He is a preacher’s kid, a military brat, and a missionary’s kid. He is a 4th generation church planter and has a heart for empowering leaders and sharing the gospel. He earned his bachelors at Oklahoma Baptist University and his Masters at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he met and married Erin Templin. They moved to Fort Collins, Colorado to plant a college focused church. In 2016 they answered the call to move to Pueblo, Colorado so Nate could be the Associational Director and Church Planting Catalyst. He has since become the Regional Director over the Royal Gorge Baptist Association and the Arkansas Valley Baptist Association.
Nate’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, spending time outside, spending time with family and watching/coaching sports.
